As an owner-builder, you are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and technically competent project information comparable to what a licensed contractor or installer would normally provide.

The plan sets we prepare are intended to support permit review and approval. They are not installation instructions, construction training, or a guide to performing the work.

Missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate project information may delay your project or require corrections and revisions.
